Kitengela UUs at Worship and at Home

Since it was my friendship with Victor Ontita Denis that inspired me to come to Kenya, it was the congregation that hosted my visit. Daniel Omuko, David Odhiambo and Josphat Mainye came with Victor to greet me on Saturday, April 13, 2013. The next day we worshiped at David's home. On other days, we ate at Josphat's home in a party including Victor's family, David and Daniel. Later Victor's mother Susanna and wife Pauline came over to my place to prepare a wonderful lunch. The Kitengela UUs never left me unfed or unguided during my entire visit. We passed a good time every day as we say here in Louisiana.
